Order Shipping Policy
Most orders within Tabriz, except time-consuming projects, are delivered by courier on the same day.
Orders are shipped through official postal services and, when necessary, authorized transportation companies.
Ready-to-ship orders are processed from Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed during official holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Orders outside Tabriz are delivered through:
- Iran Post
- Tipax
- Authorized freight companies
After shipment, tracking information will be provided through the customer account, email, or SMS.
For fragile products, some components may be separately protected with bubble wrap to reduce transportation damage.
Returned Products and Refund Policy
After a returned product is received, inspection will take approximately 48 to 72 business hours.
After the review process is completed, Arian Jam’s after-sales service department will contact the customer.
Refund processing for returned or cancelled orders usually takes approximately 48 business hours, depending on banking transfer limitations.
